Admissions
CALO’s admission procedures are conducted by staff trained and designated to conduct initial assessments, provide information about CALO, and gather additional records and information as needed.
We are here to help you in every way through this process. We will answer any questions you may have or provide any assistance in helping you and your family get exactly what you need.
The application process requires gathering a lot of information so that we are able to best understand your student and allow us to give him or her the best individual treatment. You can start the admission process by doing the following:
- Make sure your student meets the Admission Criteria
- Fill out and email the application form
- Fill out and email the adoption background form (if your student was adopted)
email to admissions@caloteens.com
After doing these simple steps, you will be contacted personally and helped through the rest of the process.
Our parent(s)/guardian(s) are a large part of our treatment process here at CALO. We encourage at least one of not both parents to start their involvement early by touring CALO as part of the admission process. This allows parent(s)/guardian(s) the opportunity to get to know the CALO program and staff on a more personal level. The initial tour/visit includes the following: a tour of the CALO grounds and facility, meetings with the CALO leadership staff, clinical staff, recreation staff and academic staff.
