Ali was born and raised in the St. Louis area. She struggled in high school and transferred to an alternative school where she was embraced by a caring team of teachers who changed her life and made her excited about learning again. She hopes to be able to give this gift to her students at Calo! After high school, she attended Lindenwood University and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a Concentration in Biochemistry. She is certified to teach science and math. In 2014, she moved to the Lake of the Ozarks where she worked as a water quality control chemist before coming to Calo in 2015. She is married to her high school sweetheart. They have two young daughters, Charlette and Sophie. She also has two fur babies (Lady and Duke). In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors- swimming, boating, and fishing here at the Lake.
