Ciera began her career at Calo in July of 2016. After working as a direct care coach, Ciera stepped into the role of a Team Lead for the Gemstones Safety Team. Ciera has always had a passion for working with children and developing the minds of adolescents. She states “I work at Calo to make a difference in people’s lives, and it brings me happiness to serve families and bring them together.” In November 2019, Ciera made the transition to becoming the Team Lead for the Irises Team in the Teen Girl program. When Ciera is not working to keep students safe and process their developmental trauma, she enjoys spending time with her husband and cheering for the Dallas Cowboys.
