Evelyn started at Calo as a teen boys coach in July of 2016. She fell in love with what Calo does for families and being able to be a part of that. She has been able to work as a shift lead, team lead, and worked in the QA department. Jun of 2023 she became the Residential Manager of the Teen Girls program. Being able to build relationships with the students and help families heal is her passion. On her off time, she loves to spend time with her beautiful 2-year-old daughter. She enjoys spending time lifting weights at the gym and crocheting. When Evelyn thinks about Calo’s core values, she would say that she identifies with empathy the most. Being able to be empathetic and truly put your assumptions aside and put yourself in other’s shoes is such a huge skill that can help people feel heard, loved, and help them on their healing journey.
