Lori was born and raised in Chillicothe, Missouri. She attended Culver-Stockton College and graduated with a degree in Elementary and Special Education. She spent seven years in the public school special education classroom, during that time earning a M.Ed in Special Education and a Ed. Specialist in Educational Leadership from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Lori has 19 years’ experience as an administrator in Missouri public schools, with 15 of those years being in Special Education Leadership. In 2016 she earned her Ed.D. in Education Leadership from Southwest Baptist University. She and her husband, David, have two children: Davis and Claire who they are raising in Lake Ozark. After her retirement from public education, Lori joined the Calo team to work with students yet again!
