Chelsea Girard, BSBA HR Generalist

I am a native Missourian, born on Fort Leonard Wood, MO. I ended up moving around a bit due to my father being in the military but once he retired, I found myself in Lake Ozark, MO. I like to say that Calo found me, instead on me finding Calo. I had always heard of Calo in many different settings and finally, after moving in next to someone that worked here, I had to check it out. I have now been with Calo for nearly 4 years. I was a Residential Coach with the Teen Girls for a year, then moved into Human Resources, which I have been a part of for nearly 3 years. Calo has taught me many different life lessons and really molded me into who I am today. I enjoy the Lake in the summer time and love spending time with all my animals. My boy friend and I have 2 dogs and 2 cats that keep us busy.

Kristy Ensley, BA Student Services Manager

I have 2 wonderful children that keep me busy with school activities and sports. I enjoy working at Calo with amazing people who come to work every day with the goal to bring joy to somebody.

Deb Gans Executive Assistant

I was born and raised in Iowa. My husband and I moved to Lake of the Ozarks in 2017 to be close to our family. We have two sons, Aaron, who lives in Rogers, Arkansas and Andrew, who lives in Los Angeles. Prior to Calo, I worked for a property management/real estate development company in West Des Moines, Iowa. I am an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan and enjoy attending all sporting events and spending time with my family.

Tiffany Fields Campus Coordinator

Tiffany has been apart of the Calo family for about 4 1/2 years now. She joined Calo because she was seeking a career that would allow her to work with youth. She started out as a coach for the teen program and later took over the Campus Coordinator Position, as it was a career that would allow her to use all of her abilities that she has learned over the years. Tiffany really enjoys that fact that with her position at Calo it allows her to have a relationship with all of the Calo teens.

Shellie See, B.A. Utilization Review Director

Shellie is married and has two wonderful children, Jimmie and Paige. Shellie has been with CALO for over 8 years and had the privilege of being one of CALO's first employees. Shellie is currently pursuing her Master's of Social Work with the University of New England in Biddeford, ME. During her time at CALO, Shellie has had many accomplishments, such as completing her B.A. in Human Services, being promoted to management positions in the residential department, being awarded Coach of the Year, and honored for over 5 years of service. Shellie has found a home as the Utilization Review Coordinator helping families find funding for placement at Calo. This drive for helping others began approximately 10 years ago when she took one of her first jobs with the State of Missouri, Crime Victims' Compensation Unit as a Caseworker. There, Shellie was able to help those in need and serve those struggling with social justice. Serving this specific population helped develop and fine tune Shellie's passion for social work and drive to eliminate social injustice, which continues today. This passion and compassion for others is what drew her to CALO and helping adolescents and families in need.
