In August of 2017 the opportunity was there and she accepted. "In my role, it is my priority to provide exceptional service to every one of our employees. I take pride in addressing each request or inquiry, while building confidence and rapport to achieve and uphold positive relationships". Vicki resides in Osage Beach with her husband, Richard. She has three sons (Ryan, Kyle and Rich), two daughter-in-laws(Erica and Natalie); and three beautiful granddaughters (Brooklyn, Kennedy and Aubrey).

Robin Giorgione

Human Resoucres Generalist

Robin joined Calo in 2009. She was a mentor to our students for nine months, until promoted to our Human Resources Department. As Robin's children grew they became highly active in sports, school functions and other social activities. Eventually, she felt she was needed more at home. In late 2014, she left our program to be more present in her teenager’s lives; however, the Calo Culture was still very much alive in her heart. In 2018, the opportunity to rejoin Calo presented itself at the right time; Robin's son, has now graduated high school and is leaving for the Navy, and her daughter will be graduating soon and attending the University of Missouri. She is thrilled to be back in the Human Resources Department and to continue her growth with Calo.

Tiffany Fields

Campus Coordinator

Tiffany has been apart of the Calo family for about 4 1/2 years now. She joined Calo because she was seeking a career that would allow her to work with youth. She started out as a coach for the teen program and later took over the Campus Coordinator Position, as it was a career that would allow her to use all of her abilities that she has learned over the years. Tiffany really enjoys that fact that with her position at Calo it allows her to have a relationship with all of the Calo teens.

Shellie See B.A.

Utilization Review Director

Shellie is married and has two wonderful children, Jimmie and Paige. Shellie has been with CALO for over 8 years and had the privilege of being one of CALO's first employees. Shellie is currently pursuing her Master's of Social Work with the University of New England in Biddeford, ME. During her time at CALO, Shellie has had many accomplishments, such as completing her B.A. in Human Services, being promoted to management positions in the residential department, being awarded Coach of the Year, and honored for over 5 years of service. Shellie has found a home as the Utilization Review Coordinator helping families find funding for placement at Calo. This drive for helping others began approximately 10 years ago when she took one of her first jobs with the State of Missouri, Crime Victims' Compensation Unit as a Caseworker. There, Shellie was able to help those in need and serve those struggling with social justice. Serving this specific population helped develop and fine tune Shellie's passion for social work and drive to eliminate social injustice, which continues today. This passion and compassion for others is what drew her to CALO and helping adolescents and families in need.
